Job Title: Logistic Admin Assistant
Location: Balagtas, Bulacan (with training at South Caloocan Head Office)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistic Admin Assistant to support our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for handling documentation, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with drivers, warehouse personnel, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient operations. The position requires on-site work at Balagtas, Bulacan and a short training period at the South Caloocan Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process logistics documents such as waybills, invoices, and delivery reports.
- Track and update records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers for smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for delivery receipts, inventory, and other logistics paperwork.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update status reports to management.
- Handle inquiries related to logistics and transport.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related course (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on-site at Balagtas, Bulacan and undergo training in South Caloocan City.
- Can start immediately.
