Key Expertise
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel across multiple time zones
- Prepare presentations, meeting briefs, and investor reports
- Organize inboxes and draft communications for leadership
Admin & Ops Support
- Coordinate travel, expenses, reimbursements, and team logistics
- Maintain digital records, team schedules, and internal documentation
- Support onboarding and internal coordination
Project Coordination
- Track timelines, deliverables, and team action items
- Update project tools (Notion, Asana, ) and follow up on tasks
- Assist in cross-functional coordination across tech and business teams
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft proposals, emails, and presentations
- Handle vendor/client communication and basic customer inquiries
- Manage social media scheduling and community updates
Tech & Productivity Tools
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and optimize daily operations
- Maintain software licenses, subscriptions, and knowledge bases
- Identify and implement new tools to boost efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar support role
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting C-level executives in tech startups
- Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS platforms, or automation software
- Background in social media scheduling or light marketing tasks
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Prior work with international or remote teams
