Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, supplies, and materials.
  • Prepare and process delivery receipts, invoices, and other logistic documents.
  • Assist in inventory management by recording incoming and outgoing items.
  • Track and follow up shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments regarding logistics requirements.
  • Support warehouse operations such as receiving, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of logistics-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties related to logistics and supply chain operations as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
