Events Associate

Job Summary:

The Events Associate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events by coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff to manage logistics like budgets, schedules, and on-site operations. The key responsibilities include communicating client needs, managing vendor relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.

Tasks and Duties:

• Assist with all stages of event management, from initial concept to post-event analysis, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
• Act as a liaison between the client and the event team, ensuring the event meets client requirements and expectations
• Research, negotiate with, and coordinate with vendors such as caterers, venues, and A/V technicians to ensure they meet event needs and budget constraints
• Provide on-site assistance during events to manage operations, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation and records
• Support promotional efforts for events to reach target audiences
