Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans including scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project KPIs and report progress to leadership with clear, data-driven updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers.
  • Drive post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – required.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain operations, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred, but not required).
