What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Implement predictive, preventive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
  • Oversee machine troubleshooting, repairs, and daily monitoring.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and requisitions.
  • Coordinate plant-wide engineering projects and ensure safety compliance.
  • Support regulatory coordination with DENR, LLDA, DILG, and DOLE.
  • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge in asset management, machine maintenance, and safety systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
