Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks and ISO standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, analyze findings, and prepare comprehensive quality reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on quality systems, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • With knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9001 (or other relevant standards), and audit methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
