  • 3+ years of experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Job Description:

Production Planning and Control:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders, and capacity.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in demand.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.

Inventory Control:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory movements.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and material usage.
  • Use ERP/MRP systems to track production and inventory data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for operational improvements.
