Production Section Manager

As a Production Section Manager in our organization, you will embark on a dynamic rotational program designed to provide exposure and experience across various key departments, including QC Laboratory, Manufacturing and Packaging. This comprehensive program aims to develop well-rounded professionals equipped with a deep understanding of our operations and industry.

During the rotation, you will engage in hands-on learning and training under the guidance of seasoned professionals in each department. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific rotation but may include tasks such as:

  1. QC Laboratory: Assisting in quality control testing, analysis, and documentation. Learning about laboratory procedures, equipment operation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

  2. Manufacturing and Packaging: Participating in production activities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to diverse challenges and projects, and develop valuable skills in leadership, problem-solving, and project management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Chemistry, Pharmacy Chemical, or equivalent).

- Possession of a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in the relevant field is required.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Passion for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a commitment to upholding quality and compliance standards.
