The Mills Global is hiring a Customs Broker Account Specialist who will focus on client acquisition, negotiation, sales support, and coordination for customs brokerage and logistics services. This role is ideal for individuals who can build strong client relationships, prepare accurate quotations, and communicate our service offerings with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to present The Mills Global's customs brokerage, logistics, and business solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, service packages, and pricing based on client needs and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare accurate and timely service quotations, costings, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brokers, operations, finance) to confirm requirements needed for quotations and client onboarding.
  • Handle all client communication from inquiry, proposal submission, and coordination up to account onboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and support them in navigating customs and logistics requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold service quality and client satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, account management, customs brokerage, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage but not required
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to confidently present service proposals.
  • Knowledge of customs brokerage processes, duties and taxes computation, HS codes, and import/export documentation is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with various teams under time-sensitive situations.
