Join to apply for the Customs Broker role at Inland Corporation 5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Checking of correctness and completeness of the documents for Consumption Entries Prepare documents needed for Consumption Entries Prepare documents for billing Check if documents are correct for proper documentation. If there are discrepancies coordinate with partner Customer Service Representative so that they can coordinate with proper point of contact for revisions. Check if required permits are properly supplied. If the required permit is not supplied, coordinate with the partner Customer Service Representative so they can ask with proper point of contact for the permit to be supplied. Check for shipment arrival. Classify items for proper Computation of Duties and Taxes. Compute duties and taxes for payees approval. Upon approval of duties and taxes prepare Single Administrative Document and other documentary requirements for the filling of Consumption Entries. Prepare Delivery Receipt for proper delivery of shipment. Endorse all documents to Customs Processor for proper clearance and release of cargo. Collect all documents needed for billing. Create copy of the documents needed for billing as filling copy. Forward the documents to the billing clerk.
