Intramuros Metro Manila, Philippines Hutchison-1 Logistics Inc. Full time ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide relevant information to customers regarding Customs procedures and requirements, importation, exportation, freight, trucking, delivery, unloading, packing, crating, fumigation, and other supply chain and logistics matters

  2. Prepare customs requisite documents for imports and exports

  3. Prepare and compute customs duties and taxes

  4. Prepare, sign, file, lodge and process goods declarations (SAD)

  5. Check completeness of the import documents and reviews correctness and accuracy of details

  6. Check tentative arrival details and BL status and relayed to client/customer

  7. Monitor of release and delivery of imported cargoes to/from Customs/ports/customer's warehouse

  8. Send daily status reports to clients/customers

  9. Scan all processed documents and sends the same to clients

  10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and productive customer relationship built on integrity, competence and excellence

  11. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product and service features and possibilities

  12. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) or any related course

  2. Must be a Licensed Customs Broker

  3. Experienced professionals are preferred

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
