Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reports with complete supporting information for all financial transactions.
  2. Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial system; ensures accuracy and completeness.
  3. Oversees the bookkeeping functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  4. Interacts with external auditors in completing audits.
  5. Sets and monitors the section objectives in line with the Department and Corporate objectives and leads the section towards its achievement.
  6. Submits accurate and prompt reports required.
  7. Establish accounting policies and procedures that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy.
  2. With at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory level.
  3. With solid knowledge in accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  4. With experience in financial, tax reporting, and analysis functions.
  5. Excellent quality, attention to detail, organizational, communication and team development.
  6. Analytical, strategic, systematic, and problem-solver.
  7. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  8. Experience in Purchasing Processes is an advantage.
  9. CPA certification is a plus.
