We are looking for someone to support our expansion team by:
- Prospecting local shops to join KeyNest's affiliate program
- Managing their onboarding into our partner network (negotiation, contract signing, training, and activation)
- Coordinating and communicating with our clients regarding their requests
- Providing training and supply management for partner shops when needed
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product offering to clients
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues while ensuring deadlines are met
Who We're Looking For
- Native Spanish speaker
- Fluent in English is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat
- Confident in cold-calling and cold-emailing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
