About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, particularly within the insurance or recruitment outsourcing industry, and a proven track record in handling volume hiring for sales and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize Workday recruitment/onboarding platform to streamline hiring and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience in the insurance industry or within a recruitment outsourcing firm catering to sales/marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
