Senior Associate - HR ADP Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines ADP is hiring an HR Business Partner. Join a company offering career advancement opportunities throughout your career journey. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with our extended HR team and business leaders to refine, lead, and deliver our team and talent strategy. Responsibilities Deliver and Implement Sustainable HR Solutions. Understand the business vision, values, strategy, and drivers and create a productive partnership to deliver sustainable HR solutions. Support Business Unit HR and Corporate HR strategies and plans and ensure effective local implementation. Develop site‑specific HR strategies to respond to changing business needs. Coach managers on individual and team issues and partner with them to ensure consistent decision‑making. Influence and prepare managers for talent reviews. Leverage data from multiple sources to drive behavior, allocate resources, and effectively improve performance. Partner with Employment Law, Organization Development, and other groups within ADP to achieve your and your team's objectives. Qualifications 5+ years HR Business Partner or HR Generalist work experience within a large global organization. Experience working within a Shared Services environment. College degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through. Preferred: Expert employee relations background and experience. Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change. Proven ability to manage change. Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency. Skillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win‑win solutions/outcomes.
