Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and seasoned IT/software expert to oversee and support our telecommunication bots on Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp platforms. This position demands a deep knowledge of bot creation, implementation, and upkeep, along with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functioning of our bots, resolve user concerns, and consistently enhance their features and efficiency.

Responsibilities:


• Develop, deploy, and maintain telecommunication bots across Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp platforms.


• Design and implement bot functionalities, including user interfaces, workflows, and integrations with other systems.


• Monitor bot performance, identify and resolve issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.


• Manage bot updates and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to users.


• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate bots with existing systems and infrastructure.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for bot operations and maintenance.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in bot development and telecommunications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bot functionality and performance.


• Provide technical support to users experiencing problems with the bots.


• Contribute to the overall strategy and planning for the development and deployment of new bot features.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience in developing and managing telecommunication bots for at least two of the specified platforms (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp).


• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, ).


• Experience with bot development frameworks and APIs (e.g., Bot API, Dialogflow).


• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).


• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).


• Experience with chatbot analytics and reporting.


• Experience with integrating bots with CRM or other business systems.
