FUND MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST

  • Work Address: MOA, Pasay
  • Work Set-up: Nightshift
  • Work Schedule: 2-4x a week RTO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files prepared by a third-party administrator
  • Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data including investor positions and transactions, such as commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, etc.
  • Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
  • Work closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal Customer Departments
  • Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit
  • Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures
  • Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 year of experience in Hedge Fund and/or Private Equity
  • 1 year+ Audit Experience under Wealth and Asset Management
  • Experience or knowledge about Post-Audit Review and Pre-Audit Planning
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., in VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience working with large sets of data a plus
