As a Helpdesk – Service Desk Associate Technician working remotely in Metro Manila, you’ll bring humanity to business, supporting our great workplace culture and helping users resolve IT hardware or software issues. #experienceTTEC What You’ll Do A Helpdesk – Service Desk Associate Technician is an IT professional who responds to user inquiries, assesses problems with IT equipment and applications, and helps resolve these issues. They work closely with other IT personnel to provide assistance on tasks outside their knowledge scope and balance creative and technical problem‑solving, customer service, and collaboration.
