Required Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Logistics, Warehousing, and Purchasing.
- Experience in manpower handling.
- Background in the telecommunication industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Administrative Manager is preferred.
Major Duties
- Oversee administrative operations and support the manager in day-to-day activities.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems; recommend process improvements.
- Supervise and coordinate building repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of information within the company to support business operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring purchases align with budgetary guidelines.
- Track and manage administrative costs and expenses to support budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational standards.
- Stay updated with organizational changes and business developments.
- Work independently, taking initiative in addressing operational needs and implementing effective solutions.
