Office Utility/Laiason

Location: San Mateo Office | Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred: Residing in Marikina, San Mateo, or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, Hallways, Offices,Conferece Room, Parking, and other areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized conference room; ensure readiness before and after meetings.
  • Prepare morning /afternoon coffee for the President, and when there's a visitor.
  • Help prepare food every meeting.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the venue before, during, and after the Company event.
  • Notify management of any repairs or replacements needed (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks).
  • Various basic bank transaction
  • Nearby customer collection

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with cleaning materials, equipment, and techniques.
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, or weekends as needed.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, especially when working with minimal supervision.
  • Communication skills

  • Undergraduate
  • Know how to drive motorcycle
