Job Summary

The Senior Lead for Facilities and Office Services Management will oversee facilities, utilities, fleet, and office supply operations. This role will ensure that the office environment, equipment, and utilities are maintained efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company policies, standards, and sustainability goals. The Senior Lead will also coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless facility operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Closely monitor the general maintenance activities in all offices of the company - restoring systems, devices and fixtures, ensure a safe and properly working office environment.
  • Perform intermediate technical work scheduling and dispatching transit operations; developing and monitoring transit routes and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.
  • Communicate with all workers and staff at all level; recommend resolutions on their concerns/issues in a manner most understandable and acceptable to concerning personnel.
  • Oversee processing of all billings; helping in preparing reviews of each account and communicating concerns to the custodian accordingly.
  • Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance and registration schedule program to all company fleet to assure cost effective maintenance.
  • Ensure recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, and other maintenance materials.
  • Submit monthly reports required from the Office Services Management Unit.
  • Monitor and supervise the activity of all services personnel of the company, conduct training, evaluation and disciplines whenever necessary.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (license/certification preferred)
  • With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in Facilities and Office Management, Fleet Coordination
  • With at least three (3) years of people management experience
  • Strong skills in project, vendor and resource management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
  • Effective communicator with problem- solving skills
