Technical Operations Manager – Azure IAM

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Ops Lead with deep expertise in Azure AD and identity and access management. You will design, implement, and manage hybrid identity solutions, enforce security and compliance policies, and lead an Azure AD team. Responsibilities include overseeing Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, MFA, and RBAC; managing synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD; automating workflows with PowerShell and Graph API; and responding to identity-related incidents. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration across IT, security, and business units.

Job Qualifications (JQ)

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure – Non-negotiable
  • 5–7 years in identity & access management (focus on Azure AD) – Non-negotiable
  • 3+ years as a Tech Ops Lead managing Azure AD and IAM teams – Non-negotiable
  • Expert knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and hybrid identity – Non-negotiable
  • Proficiency in Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SAML/OAuth authentication – Non-negotiable
  • Skilled in PowerShell scripting, Graph API, and automation tools – Non-negotiable
  • Experience with Azure Identity Governance, PIM, and Conditional Access – Non-negotiable
  • Familiarity with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Hello for Business – Non-negotiable
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills – Non-negotiable
  • Preferred certifications: SC-300, SC-900, AZ-305
