Job Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Active Directory Design & Architecture

  2. Designing AD forests, domains, and organizational units (OUs)

  3. Planning and implementing trust relationships and replication strategies

  4. Group Policy Management

  5. Creating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

  6. Troubleshooting GPO application issues

  7. Authentication Protocols

  8. Deep knowledge of Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP

  9. Implementing secure authentication and single sign-on (SSO)

  10. AD Security and Hardening

  11. Securing domain controllers

  12. Implementing tiered administration models

  13. Monitoring and auditing AD activity

  14. Backup and Disaster Recovery

  15. AD backup strategies and authoritative/non-authoritative restores

  16. Using tools like Windows Server Backup, Veeam, or Azure Backup

  17. PowerShell Scripting

  18. Azure Active Directory Management

  19. Design, implement, and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions.

  20. Administer Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Pass-Through Authentication (PTA), and Password Hash Sync (PHS).

  21. Optimize Azure AD B2B and B2C for external partner and customer identity management

  22. Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  23. Manage Conditional Access Policies (CAPs) to enforce security controls.

  24. Implement and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for just-in-time access to privileged roles.

  25. Oversee role-based access control (RBAC) and group-based access management.

  26. Security & Compliance

  27. Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust Security Model, and access reviews.

  28. Monitor and mitigate identity-based security risks using Semperis Cyber Security Solution and Azure AD Identity Protection.

  29. Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

  30. Hybrid Identity & Integration

  31. Manage synchronization of on-premises AD with Azure AD.

  32. Troubleshoot and optimize Azure AD Seamless SSO and Hybrid Join.

  33. Automate identity lifecycle management using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation.

  34. Monitoring & Incident Response

  35. Utilize Semperis ADFR & DSP, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center to detect anomalies.

  36. Lead incident response and root cause analysis for Azure AD authentication failures, sync issues, and security alerts.
  37. Provide Level 3 (L3) support and mentorship to IT support teams.
