We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Cash Clerk to join our team. As a Cash Clerk, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with administrative duties related to cash flow within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Job Summary:

Cash Clerk is responsible for collection of assigned companies.

  • Pulls-out and deposit checks
  • Receive payments
  • Issues official receipts in sequential order for cash payments, provisional receipts for check payment.
  • Prepares deposit slips for various companies to be deposited to various banks.
  • Encodes collections of assigned companies
  • Prepares daily collection proof list; Balances encoded collections against deposit made to the bank.
  • Prepares collection sheet of assigned companies for submission to accounting department and attached official receipts and other documents.
  • Implements all official orders as may be dictated by management and their officers.

Qualifications:

  • At least College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting or any related course/program.
  • Prior experience in cash handling or a similar clerical role is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills (Strong mathematical and analytical skills; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; Good communication and customer service skills; Ability to handle cash responsibly and securely; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment)
  • Personal Qualities (Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Positive and professional attitude)
  • Can start immediately
  • Available to work in Ortigas
