Responsibilities

  • Leads simple to mid-complex projects or workstreams, producing high-quality documentation, knowledge transfer plans, and stabilization artifacts aligned to the Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Lead transition planning using PMBOK/Agile practices.
  • Document and validate processes with SMEs and GPOs.
  • Execute knowledge transfer and track in LMS.
  • Manage risks/issues via RAID logs and SLAs.
  • Track benefits like productivity and quality gains.
  • Ensure go-live readiness with testing and rollback plans.
  • Create accurate reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years in transition and transformation support, process documentation, or project coordination in BPO or Shared Services

Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
  • Project management professional (PMP)

Training

  • Training in process mapping (BPMN), KT methodology, and basic Agile/PMBOK.

Skills

  • Process mapping and SOP writing
  • KT planning and certification tracking
  • RAID management and status reporting
