Senior Associate - Financing Data AnalystLocation: Head Office - Talamban, Cebu CityRESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze and report on financial and operational data, including loan performance, sales, and branch KPIs. Evaluate branch performance, loan portfolio health, and operational efficiency to improve profitability and customer service. Create forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and conduct variance analysis.

Analyze loan trends and identify areas for risk mitigation and portfolio improvement. Collaborate with branch managers to optimize workflows and ensure operational consistency. Define, track, and report on KPIs to enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Identify risks in loan performance and branch operations, providing actionable insights. Develop dashboards and automate real-time reports using business intelligence tools. Offer data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

Consolidate and review sales, inventory, and system-generated reports. Qualifications:At least 2 years experience in Business Analysis, Finance, or OperationsPreferably financial services or lending industry

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)Advantage: Experience working with loan portfolios, credit risk analysis, or financial services data

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
