We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Processing: Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Reporting and Visualization: Present data findings in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports. Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations using data.
  • Data Documentation and Communication: Document data analysis processes and methodologies. Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
