About The Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reports Analyst that will play a pivotal role in supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data. This role involves generating, maintaining, and analyzing reports, providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making across the organization's global operations.

As Business Data Analyst, You Will…
  • Obtain and scrutinize data from multiple sources
  • Ensure data integrity and reliability for further processing
  • Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings in an understandable manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in data gathering or analysis
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
  • Use data to explain the root cause behind issues
  • Tailor analysis and reports to meet these requirements.
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to data gathering, analysis and reporting processes

As Business Data Analyst, You Need…
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role
  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant technical fields
  • Strong English language skills, verbal and written
  • Familiarity with the BPO industry, its metrics and business processes
  • High proficiency in Looker, Power BI, Tableau or any other data visualization tool
  • Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery Preferred
  • A strong candidate will have experience processing raw data and presenting insights through words, business cases, and graphs/charts
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data and reports
