Join a leading Canadian investment and property management company as a PPC Specialist, where you'll take ownership of driving high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing performance, generating quality leads, and maximizing ROI in a competitive market.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 80,000-89,000

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Ontario, CA time (with one-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance during the application process.


Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Drive campaigns focused on leasing, advisor awareness, HR recruiting, and investor education.

Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Generate qualified leads that convert into booked tours, advisor engagement, and candidate applications.
  • Optimize for top-of-page and impression share to maintain competitive positioning.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including cost per lead, impression share, appointment bookings, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and campaign outcomes.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Leasing, HR, and Investments teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and creative direction.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid media management, preferably within real estate, financial services, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and manage full-funnel PPC campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of impression share, top-of-page optimization, and bidding strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Google Ads certification (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
