SALON DE ROSE, INC., a leading name in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist – Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Cebu City. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by overseeing the entire recruitment process and managing various HR functions to ensure we continue building a strong, effective team.

As an HR Generalist with a focus on Full-Cycle Recruitment, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also provide support across various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring company policies are followed.
  • HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, benefits administration, and HR reports.
  • Training & Development: Assist in organizing employee development programs and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
