Ensures timely delivery of materials to the site, maintains accurate records, and implements efficient warehouse procedures to support project operations.

Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
  • Implement proper labeling, tagging, and storage systems for easy tracking.
  • Receiving & Issuance
  • Supervise the receiving of deliveries, ensuring quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.
  • Oversee issuance of materials and equipment to site personnel based on approved requisitions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (receipts, returns, and withdrawals).
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
  • Implement efficient storage layouts for quick access and reduced wastage.
  • Oversee maintenance and proper handling of equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, and Project Managers regarding material requirements.
  • Prepare inventory reports, stock status, and material usage summaries.
  • Flag potential shortages or excesses to avoid project delays or overstocking.
  • Team Management
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse personnel.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations on storage and handling of materials.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit to supervise warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
