Xenai Digital partner with Digital Alchemy is a Salesforce consulting partner helping organisations transform the way they connect with customers. We design and deliver Salesforce solutions across industries like Nonprofit, QSR & Hospitality, Travel, Retail, Financial Services and Public Sector, driving measurable ROI through CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, and AI.
We're a fast-growing team of strategists, consultants, and technologists. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us and help accelerate our growth.
Role OverviewAs a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your role is to generate interest, nurture leads, and set qualified meetings for our sales and consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by growth targets, enjoys outreach, and thrives on building business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify potential leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and eventsResearch target accounts and identify key decision-makersRun multi-channel outreach campaigns to build a pipeline of opportunitiesSecure qualified appointments for the sales teamMaintain accurate lead data in our CRM (Salesforce)Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaignsReport weekly on pipeline activities, conversion metrics, and learningsProductivity Benchmarks:To give you a sense of cadence, our BDRs typically run activities/day across email, calls, and LinkedIn. For example:Emails: ~40–80/day (semi-personalized)Calls: ~40–60/day, leading to 5–15 live conversationsLinkedIn Outreach: ~50-100 messages/day
These are benchmarks, not hard limits - we're open to your input on the best mix of activities to hit our primary KPI: qualified meetings booked and opportunities created.
