Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Remote (with flexibility for overlapping U.S. business hours)
About the RoleZappy BPO is seeking energetic and persuasive Outbound Sales Representatives to help grow one of our client's rapidly expanding marketplace platforms. This role focuses on identifying, contacting, and onboarding local kitchen and culinary space owners into a national partner network. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for connecting with small business owners, and prior experience working in fast-moving marketplace or hospitality environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Lead EngagementConduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential partnersQualify and onboard local kitchen owners interested in listing their spaces on the platformMaintain accurate records of conversations, status updates, and next steps within the CRMSales & Relationship BuildingClearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of joining the platformGuide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation and listing information are completeBuild rapport with hosts and help address objections or questions in a consultative, friendly manner
Pipeline Management & ReportingManage daily activity targets, conversion goals, and outreach metricsCollaborate with internal operations and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding transitionsProvide ongoing feedback from the field to improve outreach strategy and messagingQualifications2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or account development (BPO or marketplace experience preferred)Exceptional spoken and written English; comfortable holding persuasive conversations over the phoneProven ability to meet or exceed outreach and conversion targetsOrganized, disciplined, and self-motivated with strong time management skillsProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Google WorkspacePreferred AttributesPrior experience with peer-to-peer marketplaces (Airbnb, Turo, Peerspace, etc.) or small business onboardingFamiliarity with hospitality, food service, or kitchen rental industriesPassion for connecting with local entrepreneurs and helping them grow their businessesPositive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability in a startup-style environment
