Account Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Source new accounts through commercial vehicle dealers, agents, or direct clients
- Pre-screen and qualify accounts in compliance with credit policies and risk protocols
- Negotiate financing agreements and terms with clients or dealer partners
- Collect and ensure submission of all required documents for successful booking
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain performance against marketing and credit KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to process accounts efficiently
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally with field exposure
Background in banking, leasing, or financial services is a plus
Must have on-the-road experience and a valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with good negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage fieldwork responsibilities
- Willingness to work full-time onsite and visit dealer locations as required
- Trainable and eager to learn new tools and industry practices
