Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support high-level commercial, contractual, and forensic work for major construction and infrastructure projects. This role goes beyond traditional QS responsibilities—you will contribute to claims preparation, variation assessments, EOT analysis, and dispute-resolution documentation used in arbitration or expert witness matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a QS professional looking to expand their expertise into forensic quantity surveying and disputes advisory, working closely with senior consultants on complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of claims, variation pricing, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
  • Assist in developing technical reports and analyses for disputes, arbitration, or expert witness matters.
  • Analyze cost data, contracts, project records, schedules, and documentation for major infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct BOQ reviews, pricing evaluations, and detailed cost breakdowns for project variations and claims.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and structured written outputs suitable for legal, commercial, and technical review.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants on forensic QS work, dispute analysis, and evidence preparation.
  • Maintain exceptional documentation standards to support potential legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in variation pricing, claims preparation, or EOT assessments is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Comfortable handling materials and reports that may be used in arbitration, dispute resolution, or court settings.
  • Willing and eager to develop expertise in forensic QS and expert witness support.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
