The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for ocular, design, layout and estimation of CCTV, EAS or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and provide quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's Degree related in Electronics or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of similar experience
  • With work experience in an industry related to Auxiliary Systems
  • Knowledge in Auxiliary Systems required
  • Technically proficient in cost estimate of projects
  • With Knowledge in design/lay-out plotting of various equipment
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and manual layout
  • People oriented and well organized
  • Well versed in oral and written English and with commendable interpersonal/PR skills
  • Must have a very good negotiation skill
  • Willing to extend working hours if needed for a project to be accomplished
  • Willing to do site inspection even in out of town areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
