Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our team and support cost management and estimation for major industrial, oil & gas, and mining projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in electrical estimating, cost control, and project coordination, ensuring that all works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for electrical works associated with mining, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
  • Perform take-offs and measurements from design drawings or 3D models, ensuring alignment with project scope and specifications.
  • Conduct life-cycle costing and value engineering to recommend cost-efficient solutions while maintaining performance and quality standards.
  • Prepare subcontractor requests for quotation (RFQs) and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, clarifications, and technical reviews.
  • Support tender preparation, cost review, and post-contract variation evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying, estimation, or cost management.
  • Background in both electrical installation or field work and engineering design or estimation is highly valued.
  • With strong exposure to industrial electrical projects (mining, oil & gas, heavy industry).
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (PEC, JIS, IEC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under time-sensitive project conditions.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
