Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts and generate qualified opportunities with B2B finance executives. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume outreach environments, excels at engaging senior decision-makers, and consistently contributes to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to CFOs, finance leaders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering business needs and effectively articulating the value of our solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls and seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity notes and pipeline stages within the CRM.
  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles targeting B2B executives.
  • Proven success with cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient and confident in objection handling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding scheduled meeting quotas within the target market.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 AM Manila Time

Work Location:

  • Home-based
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
