HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of BPO experience
    as an
    Assistant Training Manager or equivalent
    in the
    Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
    .
  • Must be a
    Bachelor's degree graduate
    .
  • Language proficiency:
    C1 and above.
  • Certifications in Training and Development
    are an advantage.

MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in coaching and mentoring teams.

Core Domain Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of

    products and services.

    training methodologies

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Skilled in identifying training needs through multiple evaluation methods.
  • Proven ability to
    assess training effectiveness

  • Understanding of how training impacts
