Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising operations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong data sensitivity, with solid skills in data analysis and statistics.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle diverse challenges in teamwork and excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptable to a constantly changing market environment and quick learner.
  • Passionate about work, creative thinker, strong in communication and coordination.
  • Good English proficiency, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online advertising strategies.
  • Track campaign performance daily, analyze data, monitor and optimize results.
  • Write ad copy and continuously test new audiences and ad formats.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer market research.
  • Explore and research new advertising tools and channels.
  • Plan and ideate advertising creatives and materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple channels such as TikTok, Unity, or other ad networks.
  • Passion for gaming and betting, with strong interest in the industry.
  • Work experience in related industries (gaming, betting) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
