Job Title: Campaign Specialist – Meta Ads

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Setup: Onsite

Location: 2nd Floor ABDC Building Scout Rallos Street Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns across various objectives (traffic, leads, conversions, awareness, etc.).
  • Implement and manage Meta Pixel, custom conversions, event tracking, and retargeting audiences to ensure accurate performance attribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and placements to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and retargeting implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
