Job Opportunity:  Senior Ad Operations Specialist

Position: Senior Ad Operations

Location: Makati, Philippines

Working Hours: 9pm to 6am, Monday to Friday

Compensation: 80, ,000 PHP per month

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the sales teams to launch digital campaigns on time
  • QA and troubleshoot issues with creatives
  • Work with the Sales Team to monitor and optimize the delivery and performance of advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product, editorial, and ad sales teams to successfully implement custom elements for campaigns with specific targeting
  • Monitor delivery of impressions and custom elements to ensure campaigns meet contractual obligations
  • Check daily reports and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Generate campaign performance reports each week for review
  • Provide troubleshooting support for traffic issues related to implementation
  • Be the main technical lead for advertiser and vendor issues
  • Stay abreast on the latest developments and implementations in digital strategy
  • Generate Google Publisher Tags (GPT) for DFP
  • Implement analytics for email marketing
  • Run A/B tests for campaign optimizations
  • Develop plans to increase qualified audience
  • Work with Sales Team Coordinator to improve usage of Sales Force
  • Maintain and update Manual and Guidelines constantly to ensure proper documentation of all processes

Qualifications: 

  • 1 - 2 years minimum of online ad trafficking experience
  • 3 years experience working for publisher
  • Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly Google Ad Managers
  • Understanding of booking order systems
  • Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags
  • BA/BS preferred
