Job Summary

The Construction Purchasing/Inventory Engineer is expected to maximize Joy~Nostalg potential through Logistical management, Inventory Management & Report generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor Delivery Advice Form (DAF) schedule for deliveries.
  • Check DAF delivery date if supplier can comply (one month before, two weeks before and 3 days before actual delivery date).
  • Call suppliers to verify their deliveries.
  • Check submission of bi-monthly inventory report from various project sites.
  • Double-checks correctness and completeness of reports.
  • Keep track of Materials monitoring from diff. project sites.
  • Check Purchase Orders if already with Delivery advice Form (DAF).
  • Follow-up delayed deliveries from suppliers.
  • Ask for delivery commitment.
  • Site and stockyard inspection (project sites).
  • Site OSM audit.
  • Keep track of excess materials from project sites.
  • Handles materials management team at project sites
  • Handles RMC coordinators.
  • Check RMC reports.
  • Monitor RMC pouring and supply.
  • Generate Materials management process improvement and necessary forms (as needed).

Qualifications

  • Graduate with any bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Must have experiences in Purchasing
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office software proficiency.
  • Knowledgeable on inventory management and warehousing.
  • Considerable related working experience in process improvement and/or materials management.
  • With excellent communication skills.
  • Possess analytical and critical-thinking
  • Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven
  • Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • With good leadership skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Catmon, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
