What you'll be doing

  • Manage the procurement of a wide range of goods and services required for the hotel's operations, including furniture, equipment, supplies, and more
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, as well as identify and evaluate new potential partners
  • Assist with the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reports on purchasing activities, budget management, and supply chain performance

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a 5-star hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in various procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
