Duties and responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets within the hardware supplies market

· Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to meet and exceeded sales goals and objectives

· Identify new business opportunities

· Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key accounts

· Analyze market trend and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly

· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for Sales Director review

· Ensure customer satisfaction through communication and effective problem resolution

· Perform other tasks as the need arises

Qualifications:

· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any equivalent courses.

· Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hardware, construction or building materials industry

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Excellent in analytical and problem solving abilities

· Proficiency in any type of software and MS Office Suite

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Able to effectively interact with different types of people

· Willingness to travel for clients visits and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
