Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Technical Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their technical and business needs, presenting technical solutions tailored to those needs, and providing technical support during the pre- and post-sales process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through technical expertise and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to effectively identify client needs and propose suitable solutions to those who want a Solar System
- Sales and Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and address client concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or technical roles is an advantage
