Are you a natural leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving business success? Jacinto & Lirio is looking for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GENERAL MANAGER who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure team goals are met
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top talent to hit sales and business targets
  • Keep projects on track and timelines in check
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources wisely
  • Delegate effectively while upholding company standards and culture
  • Resolve team issues fairly and constructively
  • Create strategic plans to boost productivity and performance
  • Continuously improve internal processes and team dynamics
  • Uphold our commitment to excellence and innovation
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Provide thoughtful feedback and support team growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • Work experience in an industry similar to Jacinto & Lirio (e.g., eco-lifestyle, sustainable fashion, social enterprise)
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities
