Happy Hive is a coworking space with business consultancy, business registration, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services geared towards community building for startup companies and professionals. We're looking for a Finance Staff who wants to work with a progressive team and community of professionals and other startup companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with several documents. They should be excellent at processing and storing files, and have good communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Admin Staff regarding needed office supplies
  • Emailing, Photocopying, Scanning, Printing of documents for Finance Team
  • Organize Files and items at the office
  • Encode receipts for tax filing of Finance Officer and Finance Assistant
  • Help the Assistants and Officers in daily tasks for projects
  • Coordinate with clients on deliveries and paperworks
  • Apply processes and flow set by management

Qualifications

  • No work experience required
  • Preferably with a background in Finance
  • Highly organized
  • With basic knowledge of the ff: MS Office, MS Excel and Google Drive
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 40 wpm typing speed
