Job Duties:

  1. Process accounts payable, ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts follow financial policies and procedures.

  2. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting system.

  3. Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank reconciliations.

  4. Preparation and maintenance of financial reports, statements, and records.

  5. Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

  6. Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies.

  8. Perform other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business discipline. (CPA is preferred).

  2. At least 3 years strong background in Financial Accounting. (essential).

  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.

  4. Excellent working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

  5. High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  7. Capable of working independently and within a team.

  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
